DELIVERY
We ship throughout North Island New Zealand. If you receive an error on shipping, it may be an error. Please contact us at hein@safariproducts.co.nz.
For other regions, apologies, but we likely do not ship there right now.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 1-2 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● Auckland: 1-2 business days● North Island: 2-3 business days
● South Island: 3-5 business days
● Rural: 3-7 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We hold stock of all the items displayed on our website in Auckland, New Zealand!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Track your order online with the tracking details sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation Email
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at hein@safariproducts.co.nz with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, you will need to contact the courier company to arrange for the parcel to be redirected.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hein@safariproducts.co.nz
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hein@safariproducts.co.nz within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Items unavailable
While we always try to maintain the correct physical stock levels, we might encounter a scenario where we are out of stock of an item purchased. It is our policy to refund the item to the customer without notice. We do not do exchanges. Shipping will be adjusted at management's discretion.
